Ana Gonzales bio

Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson comes from a family with a strong musical background. The majority of her childhood listening to classic music, boleros from the past, ranchero traditional or romantic songs, as well classic classical music. Ana is a lover of tangos and opera, along with all dramatic performances. After singing with her mom and sister, she began more intense training in vocals at age 16, under the direction of renown Mexican tenor FlavioBecerra. She continued her musical training in the School of Music of Guadalajara University, then at the School of Sacred Music, Toluca. While a student, and when she was a professional young within Mexico City and Guadalajara she was a member of several chamber ensembles and choirs. After moving into America, United States, she performed with the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus. After 2002 she relocated to Southern California. She's a regular solo performer at private parties and events and performs traditional Latin American Music. Alongside being an instructor and performer in the local area, her love of art and music has her engaged in a wide range of projects. Ana was a member of both the Community Chorus of Redlands and Inland Master Chorale. She is presently a professor in The Performance Loft. Ana is grateful to the Inland Master Choir for allowing her to perform classic Latin American song.
